Cancellation and Refund Policy
Appointment Deposit
When scheduling your date for officiant services, a deposit of $30 is due to secure your desired date. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your wedding package upon completion. The deposit can be paid when booking your service, and the appointment will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit. An invoice will then be emailed to you for the remaining balance after your package is selected along with any add-on services. The first ½ of the remaining balance is due within 7 days of booking your date and the remaining ½ is due no later than 14 days prior to your wedding date.
Refund Policy
- Full Refund: If a cancellation request is made at least one week before the scheduled service (mini package), 21 days before the scheduled service (basic package), and 30 days before the scheduled service (ultimate package) we will provide a full refund of the amount paid minus the deposit and transaction fees.
- 50% Refund: In the event of a same-day cancellation, where the cancellation is made on the day of the scheduled service, we will refund 50% of the amount paid minus the deposit and transaction fees (mini packages only).
- No Refund for No-Shows: If the client fails to show up for the scheduled ceremony without prior notice or explanation, no refund will be given.
- Deposit Refund: Deposits may be moved to another date if a reschedule is required and is based on date availability. The initial $30.00 deposit is non-refundable once the date is secured. Remaining deposits are refundable minus transaction fees if cancellation is requested no later than 10 days before the event (for mini package) or 30 days before the event (basic/ultimate packages).
We understand that unforeseen circumstances and emergencies can arise, and we encourage clients to contact us in such situations. If you have an emergency or need to discuss a cancellation, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and address any concerns you may have. We are happy to move your deposit and any fees paid to another date, if available.
