We can notarize a variety of documents, including but not limited to, affidavits, powers of attorney, loan documents, wills, living trusts, bills of sale, and more. If you’re unsure whether your document can be notarized, contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

For a successful remote online notarization appointment you will need the following:

  1. A laptop, smartphone, or tablet with a camera or microphone.
  2. A stable and reliable internet connection.
  3. A valid government-issued ID for identity verification.
  4. The document(s) in digital format. The documents you need notarized should also be completed (but not signed) beforehand unless we are providing a signature witnessing service.

No, that is the beauty of remote notarization. RON allows notaries to notarize documents for signers located anywhere, regardless of their state of residence. However, notarizations must comply with state regulations in addition to state regulations for all signers.

Yes! We can assist you with your document notarization even if you do not have a social security number for verification. We use a variety of authentication methods and we can verify your identity with an alternative method such as your passport or other government-issued ID. 

Not at all! We will offer guidance and instructions on how to sign on to the platform. We are happy to walk less-savvy or elderly individuals through the notarization process step-by-step. Ultimately, we want you to feel comfortable and understand the technology involved.
